The Mother Ground currently offers concierge-style ear seed wellness by request in select areas of the Florida Panhandle, including Fort Walton Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, and nearby communities. Sessions may be offered in-home, outdoors, or in a peaceful agreed-upon setting depending on location, weather, privacy, and scheduling.

  • No. The Mother Ground was inspired by motherhood, but created for all. Mothers and caregivers are deeply honored here, but anyone seeking grounding, relaxation, body awareness, or support through a stressful season is welcome.

  • At this time, ear seed wellness sessions are offered for adults. Teen sessions may be considered with parent/guardian consent and involvement. Children are welcome to be present during a parent or caregiver’s session when appropriate, but ear seed placement for children is not currently offered.

  • Ear seeds are small seeds or beads placed on specific points of the outer ear using adhesive tape. They are a gentle, non-invasive wellness tool rooted in acupressure and often used to support grounding, relaxation, body awareness, and nervous system regulation.

    Ear seeds should not hurt. You may feel mild pressure or tenderness on certain points, but they do not pierce the skin. If anything feels uncomfortable, they can be removed.

  • No. The Mother Ground provides non-medical wellness support and education. Services do not replace therapy, medical care, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider.

  • Ear seeds may not be ideal for anyone with open skin, irritation, infection, allergy to adhesive or metal, or significant ear sensitivity. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or have concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before booking.

  • Possibly, but please mention pregnancy when requesting a session. Some ear points may be avoided during pregnancy, and you may be encouraged to consult your healthcare provider before receiving ear seeds.

  • Yes, when appropriate. Motherhood does not always come with quiet, uninterrupted time. Please mention this when requesting a session so we can plan in a way that feels realistic and comfortable.

  • Yes, outdoor sessions may be available at a local park, beach, or peaceful public setting depending on weather, privacy, location, and scheduling.

  • The Mother Ground is a private-pay wellness service and does not accept insurance.

    Payment details are provided when scheduling. Preferred payment options may include Zelle, cash, or other approved methods.
